natural light photographs of objects

This kind of photography is generally a step in preparing a powerpoint slide show, movie from still images or a brochure. I find the more informal non-studio results appealing in many cases, and the same layout skills that I use to design a page go into the setup of the objects I will photograph. The photos of the eggs below are a small selection of the many, many ways the same three objects can be rendered photographically, using different camera settings and different backgrounds.
